Kylie is a Physiotherapist with a post graduate diploma in Sports Medicine and a Masters in Sport Science. Her special interest is the female athlete, in particular adolescent females and energetic injuries. Kylie holds the role of NZ Secondary Schools’ Physiotherapist for Netball New Zealand and has recently worked with the Basketball New Zealand U17 female team. She has recently developed the first national resource on female athletic health for NetballSmart. Kylie is Director of The Healthy Athlete Project and works as an educator on female athletic health and well-being. Her goal is to work with athletes, coaches, whanau, and support staff to improve awareness of female health related issues and in promoting best practice support of the female athlete.
