Mr Rowan Schouten is an orthopaedic spine surgeon based in Christchurch, NZ. He completed fellowships in spinal surgery at Royal Perth Hospital (2010) and Vancouver General Hospital, Canada (2010/2011). In 2011 he was appointed a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Christchurch and Burwood Hospitals where his practice includes the treatment of all spinal pathology including degenerative conditions, spinal cord injuries, fractures and tumours. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and a full member of New Zealand Orthopaedic Association (NZOA) and New Zealand Orthopaedic Spine Society (NZOSS).
